I am a long time customer of cool clubs. I bought an entire set of clubs a year or so ago and got great service from Jack Gilbert. Even when the face of my 3 wood caved in 3 (now 4) separate occasions due to my swing speed, there was no hassle, just total professionalism from the team. I have recommended Cool clubs to at least three friends who have bought fullsets.
Recently I had a gapping session with Josh. I'm pleased to report that he had carried on the great service! It's refreshing to work with someone who knows their craft in detail, listens to my requirements as a low handicapper and helps me play the best golf of which I am capable.
